How do I make my airline reservations? 
The process of booking air travel begins by filling out the travel details during registration. Once your registration is submitted, the travel information will be sent to the Air Team. An itinerary will be created combining your preferences and certain event guidelines and sent to you via email.  You will have 24 hours to confirm the itinerary by responding to the travel department. If you wish to make travel plans that deviate from the official program dates, please discuss it with the event travel staff as additional costs will be incurred and will be your responsibility. A detailed itinerary will be sent to you upon completion of your registration.

Note: Any cost resulting from flight changes after reservation completion will be at your expense.

What is the distance from Guanacaste International Airport to Andaz Costa Rica Resort?
The transfer from Guanacaste International Airport to Andaz Costa Rica Resort is approximately 35 minutes, and 20 miles, and will be provided.

May I upgrade to First Class?
If you wish to upgrade your ticket to first class, our travel department would be happy to assist you. Please make the request in the notes section of your registration form to ensure the request is documented. Should you choose to upgrade your ticket, you will be responsible for the cost difference between a coach class ticket and first class.

Will there be any out-of-pocket costs?
During the official dates of the event, expenses associated with airfare, ground transportation to and from the Guanacaste International Airport, overnight accommodations, meals, and a selected activity will be covered for you. Transportation to and from your local airport and all incidental charges (i.e., dry cleaning, phone calls, faxes, business center charges, etc.) incurred during your stay will be at your own expense.

May I extend my stay at the hotel?
If you wish to make travel plans that deviate from the official program dates, please contact: Jessica Hughes @ jessica.hughes@helmsbriscoe.com. Additional costs will be incurred and will be your responsibility. A detailed itinerary will be sent to you upon completions of your registration.

Will I be responsible for any tips or gratuities?
All tips and gratuities for the airport, hotel, and housekeeping are included.

What if I have special dietary requirements?
Please note any dietary requirements when you register for the Incentive Trip, and we will be more than happy to accommodate these requests.

Once I’ve registered, can I modify my registration?
You will be able to make changes, based on availability, at any time while registration is open. After your registration is completed, you will be responsible for any additional cost/penalties incurred due to changing your airline schedule or extending your hotel stay.

What is the weather like in February ?
February is the perfect month to visit Costa Rica. It has the lowest rate of precipitation for Costa Rica with standard high temperatures on the beaches and in the lowlands ranging from the low to mid-80s, although 90s are possible. The low temperatures can range from the mid to upper 60s to the low 70s.

What should I pack?
Please plan to dress accordingly for the activity selections you chose during your stay.

Leisure Activities: Dress according to your activity. 

Resort Casual: Dress shorts, collared shirt, sandals or closed footwear for men, and casual dresses, skirts, shorts or trousers for women. For breakfast and lunch, men are required to wear a shirt with sleeves. 

Smart Casual: Collared shirts with sleeves, trousers, and closed footwear. Dresses, skirts, or evening trousers for women. No flip-flops or shirts without sleeves.
